Of all the youtube bots I have used my favorite was TellyAdder. It was the software to get the maximum number of friends, views and subscriptions in the least time possible. However, since the time it has been suspended there is no other working software or bot for youtube.
I have listed the most popular youtube bots out there and my take on them. Most of the softwares mentioned below are over hyped piece of junk software that are neither maintained nor working. They sell out of sheer marketing. I advice you NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON them.

TellyAdder, I loved these guys. They are the same team that produced >--adder ---, perhaps the most successful and popular myspace bot at that time. They have repeated their success here too. This was one of the first bot to come out and is the most popular one. So popular that it has been mentioned several times in various Youtube videos. Several youtube celebrities have allegedly used it to get their youtube views and subscribers.
They have upgraded it now to TellyAdder X. This one beats every other software to the punch. I have tried the beta versions as they were released. The speed with which it works was the real schoker. I could extract a few hundred subscriber of my competitors channel within few seconds. It is available in two versions basic and pro. The pro version comes with some really powerful features like multi user and account chaining, it allowed me to use multiple accounts to market way faster.
This is a dream machine, you can add friends, send messages, send videos, get subscribers, get views on videos, comment on channels, profiles, download videos, upload videos, manage your account, accept friend request, auto reply to messages, waiting times... the list is endless. To a creative mind this software can be the most powerful tool imagined.
ONE THING that puts these guys in my favorite slot is that they are updated. The software is updated on a regular basis. I have been using them since March 2007 and have had 16 updates till date. They constantly kept on adding features and maintained the software, something that none of those software mentioned below had done. They even closed their door to new members for almost six months and they are open again only for limited time to fill up the vacant seats. I bought them when they were selling it for just $27 and have been received all updates for free. For a limited time the software is available for sale and the pro version is very lowly priced at $67. I have seen similar product sell for $197 so I know this is real cheap bargain. You can also opt for monthly payment of $11 if you dont want to pay upfront.

Tubeinator Review

Tubeinator is a paradigm example of what wonders good marketing can do to even bad products. This bot was released after TellyAdder. While it definitely finds more mention than TellyAdder, the software fails to deliver. The last update I had from these people was in October 2007, since then I have only received unsolicited spam emails for various internet marketing products from them. I have yet not unsubscribed, as I am waiting that some day Matty will wake up and deliver on her promises. The only reason you can try them is because they have a monthly refund guarantee (I dont guarantee you will get your money back, but that is what the sales page says). Unless you got money to waste, don't spend a penny on them.

TubeToolBox Review

Tell that tubetoolbox is a clone of one of the TellyAdder's older version. It has a lot of similar features that Tellyadder has including non marketing uses like youtube video downloads, account access etc. I think the software has been designed more for youtube users than for serious youtube marketers. Some of their good features which are now included in TellyAdder too are:
- You can watch downloaded videos
- Quick, direct access to all of your account pages
- Immediate Access to all of you Friends, Videos, Favorites & Gathered Lists
However, it is much slower as compared to TellyAdder. I also did not liked the fact that they were selling on features that never existed like they mention "Automated Subscription Invite Sending", however youtube removed that feature almost 9 months back. Its not a big deal but if that feature is not available they should have removed it, kinda cheap marketing tactic. The other thing that really puts me in doubt about them is that their demo is heavily restricted. You can hardly test or verify anything.
It is quite costly in comparison to TellyAdder. Tellyadder X Pro version has a one time fee of $67 for lifetime upgrades and versions, while tubetoolbox costs $19.95 activation fee and $7.95 per month. So if you are a professional marketer than you will pay almost twice as much in a year. Also each additional account costs $7.95 per month, while TellyAdder has no such obligation. I am not very sure if it works since the demo does not allows to check anything so I suggest you to stay away from it.

I really liked their sales page and promises. But I was smart enough to figure out that they had last updated in early 2007. If you are serious about youtube marketing and have seen youtube updates, I recommend stay away from a software that does not provides regular updates. Till now only TellyAdder and TubeToolbox deliver that, but I see a clear winner in TellyAdder. They know what youtube marketing is all about!
